• HealthLink: Your clinic can securely send and receive correspondence via HealthLink.

• Secure Email: Alternatively, your practice may securely send documents to our practice email.

• My Health Record system: Ian Benjamin Psychology is fully registered with the Australian Government's My Health Record system.

• National Authentication Service for Health (NASH) PKI Certificate: To protect your personal health information, we utilise a National Authentication Service for Health (NASH) PKI Certificate. This ensures all clinical information systems, digital prescription exchanges, and patient records are transmitted through a secure, encrypted network that complies with strict federal cybersecurity standards.

We welcome referrals under the following Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) pathways:

• Mental Health Treatment Plans (MHTP): For patients requiring focused psychological strategies for general mental health conditions.

• Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plans (EDTP): For individuals requiring evidence-based, long-term psychological intervention for eating disorders.

• Chronic Disease Management Plans / Chronic Pain Management: For patients managing complex, long-term chronic pain conditions requiring multidisciplinary care.

• Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA): We provide specialised support for DVA health card holders (Gold and White cards) with an appropriate GP referral (Form D904).

• Linked with PHNs: We are formally linked with many PHN provider networks, such as the National Health Services Directory (NHSD) and Coordinare (South Eastern NSW PHN), supporting regional and Australia-wide mental health initiatives and care pathways.

🛡️ WorkCover & Injury Management (SIRA)

• SIRA Approved: We provide psychological assessment and treatment for workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents.
