Please note the following:

A doctor referral/Mental Health Treatment Plan is required unless you are a private patient. DVA clients will also require a White Card or a Gold Card. SIRA clients will also require a claim number.

For Medicare consumers who are not concessionally eligible, full-fee must be paid when making your appointment; payment is via an online payment link when you make a booking through this website. Your payment is understood as consent to this term of service.

Late-cancellation (50% fee, within 24 hours of appointment) or non-attendance fee (100% of fee) may apply. Your consent to this is a term of service.

If you cancel a prepaid appointment booked online more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you can expect a refund in 3-5 business days.

All appointments are 50+ minutes unless otherwise arranged.
