Please note the following:

• A doctor referral/Mental Health Treatment Plan is required unless you are a private patient.

• DVA clients will require a White Card or a Gold Card.

• SIRA clients will require a claim number from the insurer and GP Certificate of Capacity.

• For Medicare consumers who are not concessionally eligible, the full-fee must be prepaid when making your appointment; payment is via an online payment link when you make a booking through this website. Your payment is understood as consent to this term of service.

• To claim your Medicare rebate after you have received your service, you can use information (from your appointment receipt plus your GP referral details and Medicare card number) using your myGov account or by visiting your nearest Medicare centre.  

• Late-cancellation (50% fee, within 24 hours of appointment) or non-attendance fee (100% of fee) may apply. Your consent to this is a term of service.

• If you cancel a prepaid appointment booked online more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you can expect a refund in 3-5 business days. Note: You can reschedule, if desired.

• All appointments are 50+ minutes unless otherwise arranged.
