Please note the following:

A doctor referral/Mental Health Treatment Plan is required unless you are a private patient.

For new full-fee patients (with a referral dated in 2026), full-fee must be paid at least 48 hours before your appointment. Payment is via an online payment link when you make a booking through this website. Your consent to this is a term of service.

Late-cancellation (50% fee, within 24 hours of appointment) or non-attendance fee (100% of fee) may apply. Your consent to this is a term of service.

If you cancel a prepaid appointment booked online, you can expect a refund in 3-5 business days.

All appointments are 50+ minutes unless otherwise arranged.
